BAZAZ & CO. is a jewellery brand offering thoughtfully designed jewellery crafted using materials including 92.5 silver, brass, gold and various gemstones and stones as specified for each product.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

BAZAZ & CO. reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that may require cancellation.

5. Exchange & Redesign

BAZAZ & CO. does not offer monetary refunds or conventional returns.

Customers may be eligible for an Exchange or Redesign in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Exchange deductions and redesign charges are subject to the terms stated in that policy.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer must contact BAZAZ & CO. within 48 hours of delivery.

The product may be inspected before an appropriate resolution is provided.

7. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Customised, personalised, engraved or specially made-to-order jewellery may have specific terms and may not be eligible for exchange or redesign unless otherwise agreed by BAZAZ & CO.

Any applicable customisation or additional making charges will be communicated before production.
